Number of legal consultations

The team of the Legal Clinic of the Citizen Network Watchdog Poland provides legal advice mainly in the following areas:

  • access to information,
  • providing environmental information,
  • reuse of public information,
  • the Village Fund Act,
  • complaints, requests, petitions,
  • provisions of local government laws.

Our help is addressed to anyone who is interested in how public institutions and politicians work and who encounters problems in finding out about their activities. We know firsthand that these are mainly active citizens, civic councillors, village administrators and journalists.

From 2022 onwards, advice will be provided by students –  from the third year of law school and above, under the supervision of an experienced lawyer. Before that, they were lawyers, usually our members and staff. The Legal Clinic has been operating since 2007.
